About the Role
As the Business Development Manager at Unitors, you’ll work closely with the CEO to drive growth, partnerships, and strategy. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base, building long-term relationships with schools and parents, and leading initiatives that help Unitors scale across the UAE and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage client relationships and oversee sales pipelines.
Identify and secure partnerships with schools and educational organizations.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
Analyze performance metrics and report directly to the CEO.
Represent Unitors at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
Comfortable managing teams and driving performance targets.
Upbeat energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Based in Dubai; must be available for client meetings and events.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
