About the Role

As a Marketing Manager at Unitors, you’ll lead our brand growth, campaigns, and digital strategy to attract more families and empower more university tutors to join our mission. You’ll work closely with the CEO and creative team to build a brand that inspires trust, impact, and community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
Manage social media content, ad campaigns, and performance analytics.
Collaborate with sales to generate high-quality leads.
Build brand partnerships with schools, universities, and communities.
Oversee creatives, storytelling, and marketing collateral in line with Unitors’ tone.
Track KPIs, budget, and campaign ROI; report insights to management.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or startups.

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and brand positioning.

  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Upbeat, proactive, and passionate about purpose-driven brands.
