About the Role
As a Sales Manager at Unitors, you’ll be responsible for driving student enrollments and ensuring families find the right tutoring solutions. You’ll lead the front-end sales process — from handling inquiries and conducting consultations to closing deals and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming leads and convert them into active clients.
Understand parent and student needs to recommend suitable tutors.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns.
Track performance metrics and report results to management.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education or services.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
Based in Dubai; available for meetings and calls during working hours.
